My WTF realization from WWDC

So I'm here at WWDC attending sessions, and I come to a confounding realization:

Every session is using a Beta OS with a Beta Development Environment.

Now this isn't so bad if the computer I have wasn't my main work computer.  But it is.  If I was to follow along with their coding examples and demos, I would have to install a BETA OS and software on my WORK machine over my WORKING OS and software.

I absolutely refuse to do that, thus I feel I'm not getting as much out of WWDC this year that I had hoped.  I don't have enough room on my firewire HDD to either back up my existing OS/Tools, or install the Beta stuff.

So here I sit in session after session going "I wish I could do that NOW, not four months from now."

Don't get me wrong, I think the new stuff is fantastic and will make software development on the Mac much easier and (dare I say it) more fun.  But I feel like I'm going "duhhhh" in the sessions.
